How we collect, use, and protect your data
This Privacy Policy describes how Trade Account Checkout ("the App", "we", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when a Shopify merchant installs and uses the App on their store.
The App is operated by KOL DEALS LTD ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@tradeaccount.app.
When a merchant installs the App, Shopify provides us with:

The payload also contains customer information (name, email, shipping address) which we do not read, store, or process — we only extract the order ID, shop domain, and the merchant-configured account-number note attribute.

We retain shop-identified records (shop domain, configuration, monthly order counts) for the lifetime of the merchant's subscription. When the App is uninstalled, Shopify fires the shop/redact webhook 48 hours later and we delete every row keyed by the shop domain within that window, including:
